Catalina

Last month, we were lucky enough to spend 3 nights in Catalina, thanks to Ian’s Grandma.  The whole family had vacation rentals at Hamilton Cove which was so amazing!  It was located about a mile (to the right? North?) of Avalon from where the ferry lands and each villa had their own golf cart to cruise around in.  This came in handy getting in and out of town!
Ferry ride ... almost there!

The place we had dinner Friday night.  It was a neat concept -- basically, you paid per person for the buffet which included a full meal, minus meat.  We brought our own meat and all the men-folk lined up along this giant grill to cook it up.  There were a lot of people having fish they caught that day. Yum!
