Costa Rica, Tamarindo @ Casa Pipilacha 1 of 4

After 3 nights at the Borinquin Mountain Resort, we took a shuttle about an hour and a half to Tamarindo Beach where were would stay for the remainder of our trip.  For 7 nights we rented a private 2 BR vacation home named Casa Pipilacha that was about a rugged mile or two from the main part of town.

On our way in, our driver was kind enough to run us to the local grocery store where we loaded up on food and alcohol.  The plan was to cook a fair amount at the house and venture to town for a few meals and more touristy things to do.  You'll see in the next few posts that the house was pure heaven and it because clear right away that we would never care to leave.
